Grilled rice with green seaweed

How to make it

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan. Add the pork belly and Happomibijin and stir fry

Once the pork belly is cooked through, add the pickled ginger and rice and stir fry until the pickled ginger is mixed in

Add 2 tablespoons of green seaweed and stir fry until done
