Put the hazelnuts and almonds in a frying pan and lightly roast, then remove the hazelnut skin once it has peeled, remove the skin, and roughly chop it with a knife.
Put the egg whites in a bowl and add the powdered sugar little by little, whisk thoroughly using a hand mixer to make a firm meringue.
