Preparation of wipes
Cut the wipes with leaves and stems.
Pour salt on a cutting board and rub it with your palm.
Put the thicker core in boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Once the wipes are clear, drop them in ice water. After cooling well, peel the skin.
Chop the leaves into small pieces and boil for about 5 minutes. Once boiling, cool under running water and squeeze out the water. Use it for a variety of dishes.
