Cut the butter into small pieces and place in a bowl to bring it to room temperature.
Add the powdered sugar to ① little by little and mix well with a whipped whisk.
Add the sifted flour and mix further.
Add the eggs and knead them with your hands.
Add A and knead more, wrap it in one piece and let it sit in the fridge for an hour.
Flour the base and spread the dough to a 1mm thick using a rolling pin, then cut it into 2cm wide pieces with a pipe cutter and tie it all together.
Fry ⑥ in oil between 170 and 180°C until golden brown.
When it cools, sprinkle powdered sugar.
