Bloom bean grinding

Heat the bonito soup stock in a pot. Add the thinly peeled beans and bring to a boil until the beans are soft.

Once the beans are soft, add 100cc of milk and warm it up to avoid boiling. Turn off the heat and add the fresh cream and chicken soup.

Remove the heat and place it in a mixer.

While leaving some of the bean grains behind, I sprinkled black pepper to finish off.
