Rape blossom mustard dressing with a topping
Bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and boil the rape blossoms for 1.5 to 2 minutes
Once boiled, place in ice water to prevent discoloration, drain well and cut into bite-sized pieces
Gradually add 1 tablespoon of hot water to 5g of powdered mustard and mix well. Once it becomes a paste, add the vinegar, cover with plastic wrap and leave for about 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, add (A) to (3) to make a dressing, then mix well with the chopped rape blossoms
Place on a plate and top with a small amount of white sesame seeds (not included in the recipe)
