Rape blossom mustard dressing with a topping
Boil water, add a pinch of salt, and boil the rape flowers for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
Once boiled, soak it in ice water to prevent the coloring, and then drain well and cut it easily.
Add 1 tablespoon of hot water to 5g of flour mustard little by little and mix well. Once it's in a paste form, add vinegar, cover with plastic wrap and leave for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add [A] to [3] to make it into a dressing shape, and mix well with the cut rape flowers.
Place on a plate and topped with a small amount of white sesame seeds (not included in the portions) to complete.
