Quickly boil the green beans
Quickly marble the silver cod in boiling water and arrange in a frying pan
Slice the silken tofu thickly and add it to [1]. Pour the mixed [A] over it and bring to a boil
Simmer until the flavor is evenly distributed throughout
Once the soy sauce has boiled down, add the quickly boiled green beans, heat through and it's done
