Boiled silver cod

Cotton tofu tends to soak in the flavor and often becomes thicker, so we recommend silken tofu whenever possible.
To avoid disintegrating the tofu, heat without stirring too much.
Add greens at the end to make the most of the colour.

Quickly boil the beans.

Quickly marble the silver cod with boiling water and arrange in a frying pan.

Thickly cut the silken tofu and add to [1]. Pour the mixed [A] into this and heat it.

Simmer in a bit to ensure the flavor is spreading throughout.

When the soy sauce is at a boil, quickly add the bean paste you want to pre-boil and heat it up, and you're done.
