Boiled silver cod

Firm tofu absorbs flavors easily and can often end up being too strong, so we recommend using silken tofu whenever possible.
Cook without stirring too much to prevent the tofu from breaking down.
Add the green beans at the end to bring out their color.

Quickly boil the green beans

Quickly marble the silver cod in boiling water and arrange in a frying pan

Slice the silken tofu thickly and add it to [1]. Pour the mixed [A] over it and bring to a boil

Simmer until the flavor is evenly distributed throughout

Once the soy sauce has boiled down, add the quickly boiled green beans, heat through and it's done
