Boiled silver cod

Since firm tofu absorbs flavors easily and can often result in an overly strong taste, I recommend using silken tofu whenever possible.
To avoid breaking up the tofu, cook it without stirring too much.
Add the green beans at the very end to preserve their color.

Quickly marble the silver cod in boiling water and arrange in a frying pan
