Canned Mackerel Garlic Toast Pizza Style
Cut the French bread into 5mm slices, rub with fresh garlic and toast until crispy
Cut the Steppen cheese into bite-sized pieces
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of tomato sauce on each slice of toast and place a can of shredded boiled mackerel on top
Add the Steppen cheese and Parmesan cheese, sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil
Bake in the toaster until the cheese melts, then top with Italian parsley and olive oil
