Fig noodles
Boil the somen noodles in plenty of water, then rinse them thoroughly under running water to remove any stickiness, then cool and serve in a bowl
Peel the figs, cut them into wedges, and place them on top of the somen noodles (1)
Garnish with chopped shiso leaves, finely chopped myoga ginger, and grated ginger. Finally, pour in the mixed somen soup to complete the dish
