Fig noodles
Boil somen noodles in plenty of water. Rub this thoroughly under running water, and once the slime is gone, cool and place in a bowl.
Peel the figs off, cut them into pieces, and serve them in somen noodles from [1].
Serve the chopped shiso leaves, chopped myo to small pieces, and grated ginger. Finally pour the mixed somen soup and it's finished.
