Fried figs and spam

The seasoning is only a salty taste of spam, bringing out the flavor of the ingredients.
I recommend using regular spam instead of reducing salt.

Shred the spam.

Fry [1] without pulling anything into the frying pan.

Peel the fig and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Add this to the spam and fry together.

Once the spam is browned, tear off the shiso leaves and add them.

Once the scent of shiso leaves is on, it's finished.
