How to make it

Peel the fig and sprinkle it all over with flour.

Fry the figs from [1] in 180 degrees of frying oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Once the outside is crispy, drain the oil.

Bring the bonito soup stock to a boil in a pot and pour it over a fig. Serve the grated radish and it's finished.
