Chikuwa and bacon omelette

How to make it

Slice the chikuwa into thin slices. Shredded bacon.

Combine the chopped chikuwa from [1], bacon and eggs and mix well. Add fresh cream and a pinch of salt here.

Heat unsalted butter in a frying pan to create a scent. Pour the eggs [2] here.

Mix with a spatula and shape it.

Finish it with half-boiled and pour in some cherry tomatoes and ketchup and it's finished.
