Tartar sauce (served with fried sashimi)

Authentic tartar sauce made with basic mayonnaise. Simply chop and mix the ingredients. In the Kataoka style, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce are the key factors in the flavor. It goes well with not only the wakashigi this time, but also with a variety of fries. It's such a delicious sauce that you'll want to lick just the tartar sauce.

How to make it

Coarsely boiled eggs, capers and pickles. Chop the onions, lightly soak them in water and drain them.

Mix 1 and mayonnaise and season with Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. (Tartar sauce completed)

Sprinkle the seaweed with salt and pepper, then batter with flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs, and fry in fried oil at 170-180°C to golden brown.

Place 3 on a plate and serve with 2 tartar sauce and lemon. Sprinkle parsley over tartar sauce.
