A genuine dessert granita (serbet) that can be made without special tools. Dissolve granulated sugar thoroughly. The most important thing is to solidify the freezer and stir it with a spoon every 15-20 minutes to give it a smooth finish. Mix thoroughly before serving to make it smooth and have a good mouthfeel. It's also delicious when mixed with nuts and liqueurs.

How to make it

Put espresso coffee and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix to dissolve.

Place in the freezer and remove from the freezer every 15-20 minutes until it becomes a sorbet, mix with a whisk, then chill and harden.

Before serving, mix well again and place in a glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with espresso (flour).
