Coffee granita

Put espresso coffee and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix to dissolve.

Place in the freezer and remove from the freezer every 15-20 minutes until it becomes a sorbet, mix with a whisk, then chill and harden.

Before serving, mix well again and place in a glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with espresso (flour).
