Ice cream tempura

Vanilla ice cream is hard right after it's released from the freezer and looks better. The ice cream inside will melt quickly, so make it just before you eat it.

How to make it

Slice the bread into thin pieces so that it can be easily wrapped around the ice cream. Cut off the ears.

Scoop up the vanilla ice cream with a spoon, place it in the center of the bread and wrap it tightly.

Apply a batter, place in oil heated to 170°C and fry quickly.
