How to make it

Divide the top and bottom of the radish into two pieces, then peel the skin thickly.

Layer the skins and cut them diagonally to make them thinner, about 2-3mm wide.

Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat, add [2] and stir with chopsticks, stirring it.

Fry for about 6 minutes, then add the seasonings from A and stir-fry again.

Add the mustard grains and add dark soy sauce to the top. Once everything is mixed well, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl.
