How to make it

Cut the radish in half, top and bottom, then peel the skin thickly

Stack the skins and cut them diagonally into thin strips about 2-3mm wide

Heat a frying pan with salad oil over high heat, add (2) and stir-fry while stirring with chopsticks

After frying for about 6 minutes, add seasoning A and continue frying

Add the whole grain mustard and add the dark soy sauce when done. Once everything is well mixed, remove from the heat and serve in a serving dish
