Tataki radish with white sesame
Peel the radish and cut into columns.
Put the radish in a thick plastic bag and break the radish using a glass bottle or something similar. It's okay to be rough.
Transfer the radish to a bowl and add the Hachi-kai Bijin to season.
To finish off, sprinkle the sesame seeds, mix quickly, and serve in a bowl.
