Sweet potato stewed in red wine
Use the sweet potato with the skin on. Cut into 1.5cm thick slices
Put the sliced sweet potatoes into a frying pan, add the red wine, bouillon, and granulated sugar, and heat over high heat. When it gets hot, add the butter, salt, and pepper, cover, and simmer
Steam-fry for about 18 minutes, turning halfway through, then add soy sauce when done
