Sweet potato stewed in red wine

Sweet potatoes are used with the skin. Cut into slices to a thickness of about 1.5 cm.

Add the cut sweet potatoes in a frying pan, add red wine, bouillon and granulated sugar and heat over high heat. When it's warmed up, add butter, salt and pepper, cover and simmer.

In the middle, turn it over and cook for about 18 minutes, then pour in soy sauce over it to finish.
