Vegetable spring rolls
Prepare the filling for the vegetable buns (see separate recipe)
Cut the spring roll wrapper in half and make semicircular shapes. Place 10g of vegetable bun filling on top in strips, then roll up into a rod shape while applying flour paste
Heat the frying oil to 160-170°C and gently place the pieces into the frying pan while shaping them. Fry while pouring oil over them until they are evenly golden brown. Once the surface is crispy, remove from the pan and drain the oil. Cut into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate
