Blue cheese and tofu dip

Remove the grilled tofu well with kitchen paper or something similar, place it in a bowl and mash it with a whisk.

Add the seasonings [A] to [1] and mix while crushing.

Add the seasonings [B] to [2] and adjust the looseness so that they can be eaten as dips. If the amount of water seems to be low, you can adjust it by adding kelp broth.

Cut your favorite vegetables, such as carrots, radish, and cucumbers, into sticks and eat them with dipping.
