Steamed nametagare flounder with kelp
Place kelp in a tray, arrange the fillets of nametagare and sprinkle with salt
Sprinkle sake all over the dish and place in a steamer to steam for about 10 minutes
Once steamed, remove from heat and place in a serving dish along with the kelp
Strain the steaming liquid and pour it over the fish. Top with chopped green onions to taste
