Steamed kelp of lewd salmon
Place kelp in a bat, line up the fillets of licked rei and sprinkle with salt.
Sprinkle the whole thing with sake, place in a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes.
Once it's steamed, remove from the heat and serve with the kelp in a bowl.
Strain the steamed juice and pour it over the flesh. Topped with chopped green onions if desired.
