French Dressing
This is Chef Kataoka's classic French dressing. It can be made and applied, so it can be arranged in a variety of ways. This is the base of the popular Osashimi dressing. The golden ratio of salad oil, vinegar + lemon juice is 3:1. Grated onions and mustard add a deeper and mellow flavor.
How to make it

Add 1/3 of mustard, salt, pepper and A to the grated onion and whisk.

Add salad oil little by little to 1 and stir constantly. Divide into two innings and add the remaining A.
