How to make it

Remove the roots from the Brussels sprouts and make cross cuts with a knife. Blanch briefly in hot water and drain

Lightly coat the pork belly with flour and wrap it around the Brussels sprouts (1) as the center

Place a frying pan over high heat and cook (2) while turning it around. Once the meat is cooked through, add the seasonings (A) and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened

Transfer to a serving dish and pour the remaining sauce from the frying pan over it. Top with Brussels sprout leaves if desired
