Brussels sprouts grilled pork roll
Remove the roots of the Brussels sprouts and place a hidden knife in a cross. Quickly boil the bottom with hot water and drain.
Sprinkle the pork belly with a thin layer of flour and wrap it with [1] Brussels sprouts as a core.
Place the frying pan over high heat and cook while rolling [2]. Once the meat is cooked, add the seasonings [A] and saute for about 3-4 minutes until thick.
Serve in a dish and pour the remaining sauce in the frying pan over top. Topped with Brussels sprouts leaves if you like and complete it.
