Stewed turnip and pork

This is perfect for those who only have one gas burner or don't have time to stand in front of the stove for extended periods! A single rice cooker can greatly expand your cooking repertoire.

Peel the turnip and soak it in water. Finely chop the ginger

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix

Use a small measuring spoon to scoop out the center of the turnip (1) and make a hole. Coat the hole with a suitable amount of potato starch (not included in the recipe)
