Cauliflower and bacon stir-fried curry powder
Cut the calflower and bacon into bite-sized pieces. Combine the sake and curry powder.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until it is almost crispy.
Add the raw cauliflower and fry in 1 tablespoon of oil
After frying for about 1 minute, add the ingredients ※ and continue to fry while melting the butter
Once the butter has melted, add the curry powder mixed in step (1) and stir-fry lightly
