Bundan's marmalade with vanilla ice cream
Shredded the skin of the bundan, put it in boiling water and boil for about 1-2 minutes. Give it to a sardine and then return it to the pot again.
Add enough water to soak it, then heat it over low heat and simmer slowly for about an hour. Once the skin is soft, add granulated sugar in 2-3 portions, simmer for about 15 minutes, then remove from heat when it thickens.
