Stir-fried bitter melon and chicken thighs
Cut the bitter melon into thin slices about 1mm wide, and cut the chicken thigh into 1-2cm cubes.
Put a frying pan with olive oil over high heat and grill the chicken thighs. Add the bitter melon and stir-fry, and when it's soft, add [A].
Once everything is mixed in, turn the alphabet on top and remove from the heat.
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
