Edamame miso soup

How to make it

Salted edamame and rinse it off with running water to remove any fine hair from the surface.

Put edamame and bonito soup stock in a pot and heat it.

Once the edamame has cooked through, turn off the heat and add the miso while straining.

Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
