Basic mayonnaise
The handmade mayonnaise is surprisingly light. It's easy to try, which will expand your range of cooking. The key is to add oil little by little to the base egg and whisk it. The trick is to use a spoon vertically and mix it by dripping it with a spoon dripping thread. Finished with salt and lemon juice to create your favorite flavor.

Mix A well with a whisk.

Add salad oil little by little to 1 and stir constantly. In the middle, add vinegar in 3-4 portions and mix well until creamy.
