Bonito with black bean sauce

This menu uses Chinese seasonings called Touchi, made from fermented black beans. It contains a lot of umami ingredients, making the spiciness milder.

How to make it

Cut the bonito into pieces about 8mm thick and arrange them on a plate.

Put the black bean sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Pour bonito fillets with the sauce from [2] and shredded myo to your liking, then topped with cucumbers.
