Spicy white miso with bonito
You can also substitute green onions for toppings with green onions or arising. Just add a little bluish tint to make your appearance look gorgeous. This time we used white miso, but try arranging it with your favorite miso.
How to make it

Cut the bonito into pieces about 8mm thick.

Mix all the seasonings from the mix and hang in the center of the dish and spread it flat.

Arrange bonito fillets on top of the sauce. Topped with chopped green onions if desired and finished.
