Bonito with spicy white miso
You can substitute green onions or coriander for the green onions topping. Just adding a little green color will make it look more colorful. I used white miso this time, but feel free to use your favorite miso instead
How to make it

Cut the bonito into slices about 8mm thick

Mix all the seasonings for the sauce together, pour it into the center of the bowl and spread it evenly

Arrange the bonito fillets on top of the sauce. Top with chopped green onions to taste
