Frittata sandwich
Break the eggs in a bowl, add Parmesan, sugar and salt and mix well.
Put a frying pan with olive oil over high heat, add the chopped garlic and fry until it smells good. Add the boiled, bite-sized broccoli, sprinkle salt and pepper, stir-fry quickly, and then remove into a bowl.
Put butter in the frying pan from [2], add shredded zucchini and thinly sliced onions and fry. Once everything is soft, remove from the heat.
Put the diced tomatoes, broccoli from [2], zucchini and onions from [3], and fresh cream in the egg mixture and mix the whole thing.
Put a frying pan filled with olive oil over high heat and pour in the egg mixture from [4]. Once the edges are hardened, place the torn butter on top, cover and steam to cook. When the butter has melted and the egg mixture has solidified, turn it over, cover and steam for about 2-3 minutes.
The bread is made from 12 slices. Apply a thin layer of mustard butter on one side of each.
Remove the frittata on a cutting board and cut it to the size of the bread. Arrange on top of the bread in [6].
Layer another slice of bread, hold it in with your hands, and cut it into pieces that are easy to eat. Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
