Celery and takuan with plum meat
This dish offers a crunchy texture of celery and takuan.
How to make it

Celery is shredded so that it is parallel to the fibers. Soak it in water once, then squeeze the water and transfer to a bowl.

Add shredded takuan, shiso leaves, and plum meat and mix.
