Fried celery and cheese

Place the hanpen in a plastic bag and crush it until it is ground.

Chop the celery and sprinkle with flour. Place in the bag [1] and mix with the grinding powder.

Divide [2] into 4 equal parts and wrap the cheddar cheese, cut into 4 equal parts. If it looks watery after touching it, sprinkle it with cornstarch.

Place in frying oil heated to 160°C and fry for about 2-3 minutes, rolling it with chopsticks. When you try sticking chopsticks on it, the cheese inside has melted slightly, which is the guideline for fried food. Remove onto a net and drain the oil.

Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
