How to make it

Cut off the base of the enoki mushrooms and add them to the pot while breaking them up with your hands

Add [A] and bring to a boil. Once the ingredients have softened, remove from the heat and place the pot in ice water to cool

Pour into serving bowls and top with quail eggs if desired
