"Sawani" means a quick-simmered dish. If you want to create a lighter look, we recommend using light soy sauce. You can enjoy it even better if you eat it chilled well.
How to make it

Cut off the base of the enoki mushrooms and place them in the pot while loosening them with your hands.

Add [A] and heat. Once everything is soft, remove from the heat and place a pot on ice water to cool.

Pour into a bowl and place quail eggs if you like to finish.
