Mochichazuke
This ochazuke is simply finished with a salty flavor. The rice cakes absorb the moisture from the tea and the surface becomes slightly softer, so the right time to eat is the time to eat.
How to make it

Bake 1/4-size cut rice cakes in a frying pan.

Place rice in a bowl and place the sliced rice cakes from [1] on top.

Sprinkle a little salt and pour boiled sencha to finish.
