Mochichazuke
This is a simple rice dish seasoned with salt. It is ready to eat when the rice cakes have absorbed the moisture from the tea and the surface has become slightly runny
How to make it

Grill the mochi cut into 1/4 size pieces in a frying pan

Place rice in a bowl and top with the rice cakes (1)

Sprinkle a little salt on top and pour in the boiling green tea to finish
