Roasted pork
Rub salt and coarsely ground black pepper into the pork loin and marinate in A
Wrap in plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then place in a silicone steamer, sprinkle with white wine, and microwave (600W) for 18 minutes
Once the pork has been cooked through, cut it into 1cm thick slices and arrange it alongside the sautéed potatoes. Garnish with watercress and lemon and you're done
*How to make sautéed potatoes (not included in the recipe): Cut the potatoes into 2cm pieces, heat in a frying pan with olive oil (1.5 tablespoons) and garlic (1 clove), brown on both sides, and finish by seasoning with salt and coarsely ground black pepper
