Roasted pork
Rinse the pork loin with salt and coarsely smelt black pepper and marinate with A.
Wrap in plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 30-1 hour, then place in a silicon steamer, sprinkle with white wine and heat in the microwave (600W) for 18 minutes.
Cooked pork, cut into 1cm thick pieces, serve with sauteed potatoes, and serve with watercress and lemon, and you're done.
*How to make sauteed potatoes (not included)... Cut the potatoes into 2cm wide pieces, add olive oil (1.5 tablespoons) and garlic (1 cloves) in a frying pan, heat it, grill both sides, add salt and coarsely smelt black pepper to finish.
