Tomato and beef soup
Heat a frying pan with salad oil over high heat, add diced potatoes, onions, and celery, and lightly fry
Add finely chopped white onions, ginger, diced tomatoes, and prepared beef tendons, add Chinese soup, and simmer
Simmer for about 8 minutes until the ingredients are soft, then add salt and pepper to taste
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
