Heshiko's sandwich
Place shredded cabbage in a bowl and microwave for about a minute and a half. Remove any moisture with a cloth, then add cream cheese and mix until the whole thing blends in.
Spread [1] on the bread and place a thinly sliced thick omelet on top.
Roast the chopped heshiko in a frying pan and place it on top of [2]. Slice it with another slice of bread and cut off the ears.
Cut into small pieces that are easy to eat and serve in a bowl to complete the meal.
