Heshiko's sandwich
Put the shredded cabbage in a bowl and microwave for about 1.5 minutes. Remove the moisture with a cloth, then add the cream cheese and mix until well combined
Spread [1] on the bread and top with thinly sliced omelet
Deep fry the chopped heshiko in a frying pan and place on top of (2). Place between another slice of bread and cut off the crust
Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve in a bowl
