Horse meat sandwich

If horse meat is cooked too much, the texture will become hard, so the key is to remove it from the frying pan while it is a little rare. Use fresh horse meat that can be eaten raw.

How to make it
1

Place shredded cabbage in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave. As long as the whole is soft, it's fine. While it's still warm, add cream cheese and mix it all together.

2

Slice the horse meat into thin slices about 5mm thick and blend in a white wine sauce (see separate recipe).

3

Quickly grill horse meat in a hot frying pan.

4

Smear [1] on the bread and arrange the horse meat on top. Layer the bread and cut off the edges.

5

Cut into small pieces that are easy to eat and serve in a bowl to complete the meal.
