Horse meat sandwich
Put the shredded cabbage in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave. It's ready when it's softened. While it's still warm, add the cream cheese and mix well
Cut the horse meat into thin slices about 5mm thick and coat with the white wine sauce (see separate recipe)
Quickly fry the horse meat in a hot frying pan
Spread (1) on the bread and arrange the horse meat on top. Place the bread on top and cut off the edges
Cut into bite-sized pieces, arrange in a bowl and you're done
