Chestnut tea towel
This dish is an adaptation of candied chestnuts. It's best to use chestnuts that have cracked during cooking. You can enjoy the texture better if you leave a few chunks of chestnut in the chestnuts rather than crushing them completely
How to make it
1
Put the candied chestnuts (see separate recipe) into a bowl and mash them with your hands
2
Divide [1] into two equal parts, wrap them in a wrung-out cloth, and squeeze them into a tea towel shape
3
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chrysanthemum leaves to complete
2 ingredients
