Chestnut tea towel
This dish is an arrangement of sweet-simmered chestnuts. It is a good idea to use chestnuts that have broken off while they are boiling. You can enjoy the texture of chestnuts if they leave a few grains rather than completely crushed.
How to make it

Place the sweet-simmered chestnuts (see separate recipe) in a bowl and mash them with your hands.

Divide [1] into two equal parts, wrap it in a squeezed cloth, and squeeze it into a tea towel.

Serve in a bowl and serve with chrysanthemum leaves to complete.
