Marinated Maitake

Put the shredded maitake mushrooms and the [A] seasonings in a deep pot. Cover and heat over medium heat and steam to cook.

After about 5 minutes, mix and heat for another minute. Remove from the heat and pour the pot over ice water to remove the heat.

Once it's cooled, transfer to a bowl and taste. If the flavor is not enough, you can adjust it by adding salt, soy sauce, etc. that are not included in the amount.
