Sweet potato zenzai
Steam the sweet potatoes in a steamer with the skin on until soft, then peel them while they're still hot. It's a good idea to cut the skin-on sweet potatoes into round slices and set aside 2-3 slices to use as a topping
Put the sweet potato into a blender, add half of the milk and blend. Once mixed well, add the remaining milk and blend again
Put (2), granulated sugar, and honey into a frying pan and heat while mixing thoroughly with a rubber spatula
Once the mixture is well mixed and warmed, remove from the heat and pour into serving bowls. Top with steamed sweet potato and shiratama (rice flour dumplings) to taste
