Sweet potato oolong tea steamed
Add 150cc of boiling water to half the amount of oolong tea leaves and boil the tea.
Mix the remaining oolong tea leaves, 1 tablespoon of the juice from [1], and granulated sugar in a bowl.
Spread the aluminum foil and place the sweet potatoes with a hidden knife inside. Top with [2] and butter and wrap it in triplicate aluminum foil to create a layer of triangles.
Place in an oven heated to 180°C and steam for about 25 minutes. Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
