Miso pickled fried with berry
Miso burns easily, so bake it at a slightly lower temperature. Once it's browned to the right degree, you can remove it from the oven, so it's a good idea to check on it frequently
How to make it

Mix [A] in a bowl, add the yellowtail fillets and leave to sit overnight

Place the yellowtail on a sheet of aluminum foil and pour the remaining sauce over it in a bowl

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes

Remove from the oven and place on a plate lined with baran (if available). Top with gold dust powder (see separate recipe) to finish
