How to make it

Peel the potatoes, cut them into appropriate sizes, and boil them from the water.

Drain the boiled potatoes, place them in a pot, and heat them, then crush them with a wooden slather to remove the moisture.

Add vinegar and A to the potatoes that have lost their moisture and let cool.

Chop the onion, soak it in water, squeeze it well, then add it to 3 along with mayonnaise and mix well.
