Crab almond fried

Use thin almond slices as much as possible to give a lighter texture. The crab meat is salty, so it's fine to add less salt to the finish.

How to make it
1

Remove the crab meat from its shell and thoroughly wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper or something similar.

2

Drizzle with flour, add beaten eggs, then sprinkle with almond slices. Almond slices are easy to remove, so it's best to press them against them firmly with your fingers.

3

Place in frying oil heated to about 160-170°C, gently add [2] and fry. Just add a light fried color to the batter.

4

Remove onto a net and sprinkle with salt while it's hot.

5

Cut into small pieces that are easy to eat and serve in a bowl to complete the meal.
