Bacon cabbage roll style
For parboiling instructions, see another recipe. Spread the parboiled cabbage on a cutting board, wipe off the water, and cut off the core
Arrange the bacon on top of the cabbage, fold both ends of the leaf inward, and roll it up from the front to the back
Prepare several pieces of kite string cut to a length of about 15 cm and tie them in about four places
Place [3] in a large pot, pour in enough vegetable broth to cover, cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes
Add salt while tasting, then turn off the heat and leave it for a while to let the flavors soak in
Remove the cabbage rolls, cut the strings and cut into bite-sized pieces
Serve in bowls, pour in a moderate amount of soup, and top with Italian parsley
