Bacon cabbage roll style

If you cut bacon to the size of the cabbage leaves, it will look better when rolled. It is recommended to boil the remaining cabbage edges and cores without throwing away and then eat it with the soup.

See another recipe for how to boil cabbage. Spread the boiled cabbage on a cutting board, wipe off any moisture, and cut off the core.

Arrange the bacon on top of the cabbage, fold both ends of the leaves inside, and roll them from the front towards the back.

Prepare a few octopus threads that have been cut to a length of about 15cm and tie them up about four places.

Arrange [3] in a large pot, pour in the vegetable soup to soak, cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Add salt while tasting, then turn off the heat and let it sit for a while to soak in the flavor.

Remove the cabbage rolls, cut the thread and cut it into pieces that are easy to eat.

Serve in a bowl and pour in an appropriate amount of soup. Topped with Italian parsley and finished.
