Mushrooms grilled with cheese

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

Put the minced meat in a frying pan, heat it, add Hachi-mi Bijin, red kneaded miso, and stir-fry it to make it into a minced meat.

Transfer [2] to a heat-resistant dish lined with aluminum foil and arrange the thinly sliced mushrooms (left about 1/3 of them).

Top with melted cheese and bake in an oven at 250°C for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, apply egg yolk with a brush and bake for another 2 minutes. Remove again, place the mushrooms on top, spread egg yolks and bake for 2 minutes.

It's fine as long as it's browned. Transfer to a bowl and topped with parsley to finish.
